Condition of Sale
Format of the Contract
I. These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by E-Sunrise Distributors Limited, whose registered office is at, Unit 3, Wheatsheaf Industrial Estate, Labtec Street, Swinton, Manchester, M27 8SE. The term "Supplier" refers to E-Sunrise Distributors.
II. No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. We are not obliged to accept your order.
III. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
IV. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
V. The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
VI. To order goods through the E-Sunrise Distributors Limited website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
VII. E-Sunrise Distributors Limited gives no assurance as to the mutual compatibility of components sold on any single invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice sought by the customer from the Company in this respect may be given but cannot be relied upon by the customer or guaranteed by the Company.
VIII. Except as may be implied by law where the buyer is dealing as a consumer, in event of any breach of these Conditions by the Company the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
IX. These terms and conditions are subject only to UK law.
Description and Price of the Goods:
We make every effort to ensure that the description and price of the goods you order shown on the Supplier's website are accurate at the time you place your order.
- The price of the goods and ancillary costs including VAT will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order. We will charge you this amount which will be the same as the price shown on the display page.
- The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. If you decide not to accept the alternative goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
- Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- In addition to the price, you must also pay a delivery charge if applicable, for the goods as indicated on our website at the checkout page.
- If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise on the likely amount you could be charged. We advise you to check your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

- esunrise.co.uk will never ask for your credit/debit card four-digit security PIN under any circumstances.
If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for your password or personal banking information, disregard the request and report the communication to esunrise.co.uk for investigation.
This site uses a Thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Thawte has checked and verified the site's registered domain name. You can click on the badge to the right to check the details… or HSBC equivilant.
esunrise.co.uk does not store any credit card details you will be asked to re-enter your card details on every order,
Payments
I. Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Supplier's website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date, except where agreed otherwise by the Supplier and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.
II. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received , except in the case of supplies of goods provided on credit terms.
III. Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whatsoever unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
IV. Where the Supplier agrees to provide goods on credit terms, the standard payment terms shall be 30 days from the date of invoice. In the event that payment is not made by the due date the Supplier reserves the right to charge interest from the date of invoice at 8% per annum, compounded monthly.
V. Credit notes must be used within six months of the date they are issued. Any credit notes over six months old are invalid.
Where is my order?
Delivery may take up to 7 working days.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after you receive an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched please contact our info@esunrise.co.uk team.
If you are ordering multiple items, in certain circumstances an item may be out of stock, if this does happen it would normally be back in stock within 48 hours, if an item does not come back into stock within 62 hours from when you placed your order a member of our customer services team will contact you and advise when the item is expected and in certain circumstances we may offer an alternative replacement product.
If you are unsure of whether an item has been shipped you can log in to My Account to check the status of your order. If your order has been order processed this means you order has been despatched.

Lost Orders
If an item has been shipped and has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact our customer services team who will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.
All lost or missing orders are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. If an item is not traced a replacement will be dispatched which will require a signature on delivery.
If a replacement is unavailable an alternative product will be offered or a credit will be offered, in certain cases a refund will be provided.
If a customer experiences repeated problems with losses and non-delivery, E-Sunrise Distributors Limited reserves the right to suspend the account and decline further orders to that customer.
E-Sunrise reserves the right to refuse to replace lost items or issue a refund if the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery
We will deliver the goods that you order to the delivery address you give when you place your order.
We aim to arrange shipping of all "in stock" items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock. Same day shipping will only occur if your order is placed before noon and we have all your ordered items in stock at our warehouse.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after noon, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
Once we accept your order, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen. If we do not deliver within the applicable delivery period and you have given us the correct full delivery address then you may apply for a refund of the delivery charge.
If there is no one available to accept the delivery when our courier arrives, the courier will keep the goods for up to two days and you can arrange for a new delivery date. After two days we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the price of the goods, but we shall be entitled to keep the amount you paid for delivery, or the amount we paid for delivery.
If you give us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and as a result we try but are not able to make the delivery, we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the price of the goods, but we shall be entitled to keep the amount you paid for delivery, or the amount we paid for delivery.
If some of the goods you ordered are not available we may deliver part of your order. We will deliver the rest of the order as soon as possible afterwards.
Risk / Title
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of:
1. the goods, and
2. all other sums which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on any account.
The Supplier shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from the Supplier.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by e-mailing us at info@esunrise.co.uk quoting your name, address and order reference number. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.
I. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).
II. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by post or via email , giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
III. Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the On-Line Returns section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or mis-described goods we shall, after receiving notification in accordance with our policy, ask you to return the goods and possibly refund you the reasonable postage costs.
IV. Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you can cancel, you must return the goods and original packaging to us at your own expense and in a condition no worse than you received it.
V. Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
VI. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
VII. Once you confirm your order as correct a standard cancellation fee may apply at the expense of the customer to cover administration costs.
VIII. An order cancelled in transit will incur the standard cancellation fee plus additional transit costs at the expense of the customer.
IX. In the event of an order returned due to non-delivery, the transit costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Returns / Refunds
Within 7 days of delivery we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund ( excluding postage).
If you change your mind and cancel after 7 working days, we will only offer a credit note or exchange, subject to the returned items being received by Once E-Sunrise Distributors Limited in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Once E-Sunrise Distributors Limited receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms ), any sum debited to E-Sunrise Distributors Limited from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by E-Sunrise Distributors Limited in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to E-Sunrise Distributors Limited .
Please note that the delivery cost for the dispatched order will be deducted from the exchange or credit note or refund.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Fraud/Verification Checks
From time to time, we receive possible fraud alerts regarding payments we are processing on the site. This is quite normal and can often be due to a mis-typed postcode or a customer moving house etc. Depending on the circumstances, and for your security, we may place your order on hold temporarily whilst we carry out a simple verification of your details. This will quite often involve a very brief phone call from one of our operatives and is nothing to worry about.

After submitting an order to us we will pass you over to our trusted payment-processing partner to allow you to provide your payment details in the most secure environment.
At no point do we store your credit/debit card details on our own computer systems.
