Ordering
- We use a secure 128 bit server to receive any orders from our site.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta Visa as payment
- For security purpose, card details that we receive are not kept in any databases
- All orders that we receive and where the payment has been processed, will be posted immediately
- All items should take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive (within UK ONLY)
- Orders can be tracked by logging in and viewing the order status
- Within our knowledge all items and prices are correct,we will inform you if there are any changes prior to delivery
- If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately via the email you used to order the product(s)
- We require a response from you to accept the new delivery date, if we receive no response, the order will become void even when the item becomes available
- In the event of such occurrences no transaction of payment will take place
